You can use treatments or "tricks"....
There are treatments that you apply that cause swelling of the lips. Some are crap - others work. I've been using Sovage for several months now and am very happy. You apply it two or three times a day, like lip gloss, and the results last and are noticeable.
You can also use lip glosses which increase the appearance of your lips.

Go back to the beginning of your ancestory and make your ancestors African or Spanish. Lol...gotta be born with full lips, all that other stuff is just a gimick. And surgery makes your lips look like you got stung by a bee. Just be happy with what ya got!!

Like Tiffany said- Bath and Body Works! We have a brand called Freeze 24/7 which is expensive but all my managers rave about it. I believe we carry Sovage as well.

lip plumpers..which are just lip glosses with lip plumping agents in them..when you first try them i must warn you, you will feel a tingly sensation. its totally normal.go to bath and body works they have tons. also, kissing makes your lips appear plumper and redder...

Sally Hansen has some lipsticks that do that. Try those, you will not regret it.
