Sleep eight hours every night. Sometimes you can't, but do this as often as possible, and you'll feel great. Drink plenty of water during the day, and eat healthful foods that give you sustaining energy (lean proteins, vegetables) instead of junk food, which gives you sugar highs and corresponding sugar lows. Also, think about a daily exercise regimen. It doesn't have to be much, I do four yoga "sun salutations" every morning, it takes me 10 minutes at most and I feel much, much more energized for the rest of the day.

De-stress your life and work on getting enough sleep at night. You can also work with a good nutritionist on changing your eating habits so that your blood sugar stabilizes. Most of all, eat 3 sensible meals and 2 sensible snacks a day, take a good multivitamin with iron, limit your alcohol intake to less than 2 drinks a week, and get to be early every night.
