Use an eye primer. I like Mary Kay's. It's waterproof formula creates a foundation so your eye colors glide on smoothly and stay perfectly in place longer – without creasing or smudging. It's proven to extend and intensify eye color.

A good eyeshadow should not crease. I suggest MAC, the matte version.

Try Mabellene or Almay (powder eyeshadows)(sorry if i mispelled) I have used those for years and they don't leave creasing.

apply foundation to you lids before you apply your shadow, it helps prevent creasing & it halps keep your shadow on longer

eye shadow base (a lot of brands carry them) or concealor works well too! sometimes its better to use your finger to apply the shadow too cuz you can blend it better
