I wouldn't be surprised. Why don't you test it out by asking a lot of really subversive questions and leaving lots of radical anti-American answers? Unfortunately, Yahoo Answers doesn't do any monitoring, or very little. They leave it up to us to point out racist, homophobic and other inappropriate questions.
If they WERE monitoring, perhaps we'd see better spelling on questions, and fewer really pointless questions, like "what's my name" and "I'm so bored, what shud I dooo?".
