you can with this website http://www.msn.41m.com/ be careful though it knocks you out of msn and your name changes but you can easily change it through option on the messenger. x

There's usally a block thing. All you do is select the person you want to block and BLOCK them.

you can't, you have to install a programe called 'im i blocked' and that tells you!
