I do. But i mean everyone has their doubts right. I just want to know why God cant help the people who suffer all around the world. And why it seems like no matter how much you pray sometimes it won't help at all.

I believe in God because I can't not believe. There is so much that we do not know and it feels safer to believe that something is out their greater than the mysterious unknown. But I believe also because when I pray I feel a peace that id not my own but borrowed from this something greater.
I know some will laugh or taunt over this question, but now when the world is becoming smaller and scarier and mortality is a daily issue, it is good that we are free to ask, is there a God?

No, I dont have to.It's one of the most stupid belief's that man has had.
If there was to be a god then and he be the creator acoording to the 2000year old bible , quran etc then someone should have created him. Its an endless chain.
WE ARE INTELLIGENT AS ALL OTHER SOULS ARE.
ALL MATTER IN THE UNIVERSE AND ALL THE LIFE, i.e. the non living and the living universe has been in existence fron infinite time and will remain for infinite time.
ITS VERY UNDERSTANDABLENOTHING STARTS OR ENDS IN THIS UNIVERSE ALL IS IN A STATE OF CHANGE FOREVER.
GOD IS A NORMAL SOUL WHO HAS KILLED ALL ITS KARMA AND REMAINS TOTALLY AWARE ABOUT HIS SURROUNDINGS WITHOUT GETTINGAFFECTED BY IT.

No I don't. Why would I? It doesn't exist as far as I can tell, and it's surely hypocritical to worship something 'just in case' it really exists?!
