i know no matter how its said she will feel some type because she is a woman and yall are sensitive but i need to tell her. NOW

well u definitely want to be tactful about it....this is a VERY touchy subject with us women. u could suggest that the both of u go and work out together.

Perhaps you can suggest joining a gym with her (if you aren't already a member), or you can suggest she join the gym you are with (offer to pay for it). Maybe you can remind her of what she looked like when you met her, assuming she has grown since then. If this was her size when you met her, you will meet some opposition. Simply tell her you think she is beautiful not matter what; however, you think she's that much more attractive when she's thinner.
Don't tell her you want her to loose weight and then constantly feed her! Don't eat junk around her to test her will power. Eat healthy with her. And always tell her you love her.

Well, if you don't like her just the way she is NOW...then you've got problems.
We aren't supposed to love somebody for who they might become...we love them for who they are.
But if you want to drop a hint...knock yourself out because she's likely to do the same anyway.
Perhaps you could invite her to go for a hike or an easy bike ride and start doing more physical things together. That would get her active without hurting her feelings. If she complains that she is not strong enough to do all this...invite her to go to the gym with you or teach her some exercises that would help build the muscles she needs. Perhaps daily 'romantic strolls' in the evening.
Just some ideas.

There is no nice way. She has to decide or she won't go. She will resent you if you tell her.
Encourage her to do active stuff with you.
Don't swear. There are better ways to say that.
