Maybe you be able to get 3-4 extra tanks per month if you dump the above useless "neccessities"

Well, we don't buy pay-per-view, and we don't have a cell phone. These have never been necessities. We do have Internet, but my husband's military, so it's the only way for us to really stay connected with family back home. We can send pictures, email them, send videos, and receive pictures and videos. Without the Internet, we'd be spending almost the same amount on printing pictures, getting envelopes and postage, and then waiting a while for family to receive them. Plus with our Internet service, we also get phone service with free unlimited long distance. We only pay a $25 phone bill every month. It's never more than that. So Internet for us is very important.
Why don't you let the rest of us live our lives? Why should we give up every comfort we have just so the gas companies can make a bunch of money with their inflated prices?? Besides, you ask a question like this, and you don't even know any of us.
Oh, and if you don't have the "necessity" of the Internet, how are you on Yahoo Answers? The library?

Well I was smart enough to not have those as it was. So now what do I dump? Medicine? Food? Toiletries? Clothes? I shop at thrift... that might just get you another tank. Have a good one:-)

I dont use that much gas... Maybe you should limit your gas consumption.
I only fill up once a month or one and a half i suppose because it will be once 1 month and twice the next. tank and a half a month.
