mabye a tan-ish with a lil turquoise in it. since you said its jeweled you can even get a solid color dress and add an accessory to it so it'll look like it came together. but if you cant find that, avoid loud colored dresses. like Hot, neon pink, neon yellow, etc.

u could either wear a turquoise dress, a blue dress, or a green dress with a broach and a purse the same color as your shoes!!!

lime green would be avant gard and even better with peridot and blue topaz jewelry.
You might find a nice wrap dress in a pattern with turquiose and greens.
