When the mind has weakness of fear or something else. We get scared like if you can't find the words to say to the person you like. Fearness comes from your weakness.

Fear often comes from basic instinct of our ancestors:
For example, a descendant of the Donner Party group (a large wagon train heading to Oregon in the 1800's that was trapped in mountains for a whole winter - barely any people survived, and the survivors had to resort to cannibalism) claims he is still afraid of snow... he says he thinks it's the case because of his great-grandfather's experience with the cold mountain snow.
Fear also comes from a traumatic accident. If a soldier was wounded while fighting in battle, he might have nightmares for months about the accident - and therefore be afraid of war, guns, etc.
Basically, anything our minds associate with danger, we will fear.

It's all made up! Here's another way of looking at it: F alse E xpectations A ppearing R eal We "make up" that something is going to be a certain way, we develop and expectation, and then we become afraid. Ever "make up" the worst case, and then the experience wasn't as bad as you thought it would be? We either have an experience that causes us to be afraid from that moment forward (touching a hot stove, waking a sleeping dog, etc...), or we "make up" that it will be bad. You don't have to be afraid. You just have to be aware and make a choice. "Should I check the stove before touching it?" "Should I leave the sleeping dog alone?" Your experience doesn't have to be the cause of your fear. It should be the reminder to be aware. The rest of it is born out of our ignorance and conditioning. We either don't know about something, so we fear it. Ignorance leads to fear, fear leads to anger, anger leads to hate, hate leads to destruction. If you don't know, go ask or find out. Experience what you think you fear. Once you remove the cause of your fear through experience, you remove the fear. We are also taught to fear things by our parents, society, the media, etc... OTHER FEARFUL BEINGS. If their advice keeps you safe, then follow it. (I don't need to experience playing in traffic to know it's a bad idea.) If their advice keeps you from growing or learning more about people, question it. Make up your own mind. Marianne Williamson has a great quote about this. She says "Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. It is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that frightens us most." I wish you Peace.

Fear is a natural inbuilt mechanism. We could not have evolved without a sense of fear, which helped us to react quickly to danger. Hence the 'fight or flight' syndrome. In the event of life-threatening danger we prepare to fight or to run away, so our bodies produce adrenaline for the burst of energy required for combat or escape. However, as we have developed sophisticated technology that impulse is often displaced to other things. Our developed consciousness means we fear growing old and dying, or losing those whom we love.

Fear comes form the devil. He does it to scare you. He wants to see you get tormented and hurt so he instals fear in you. But theres one way to get him to leave you alone, at night and in the day time begin to prey and call on Jesus and he will take fear away from you cause I use to be afraid of the dark and ever since I started preying and believing in GOD he's taken those things away from me and it made me a happy person after that.

fear is a irrational response to a situation that stimulates senaptic connections in the back of your skull, from that connection glands are stimulated releasing chemicals into your brain ,blood, every major organ in fact, some can even close down completely whilst others can be over stimulated , breathing, etc. you have probaly heard of the saying fight or flight, stay and fight or run away, this to is caused by a chemical injection directly from glands in your body, so fear i would argue is a genetic inheritance, we outweigh or overcome fear of whatever, by facing down the fear no longer have we dinosaurs to face on a daily basis, our fears have evolved along with the human race, remember you have nothing to fear ,except fear itself.

Victor Frankl "Fear makes come true that which one is afraid of"
2 Timothy 1:7 "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."
-You have to use Jesus name to drive out evil spirits, who will torment you if you allow them. Remember how much strength is in the name of Jesus. You say,"In the name of Jesus-demons and Satan you are not allowed in my home and in my heart. I plead the blood of Jesus over you spirit of fear."
-Demons quake at the name of Jesus. His name is the only way to have power over your fears. Don't let the spirit of fear cripple you or hold you captive.
