It is going to be a lot of fun, tons of new quality players arrived.
As with the relegated cheating betting clubs in Italy I would believe that it would benefit the clubs outside the top 3.
Reckon the top club has their team pretty much set, would not go into frenzy buying. Even week in week out arsenal would not change their squad too much.
As for Liverpool ..... good for them, they could definitely need those players so Gerrard can get a rest. Plus at last they can get a bit of quality.

If the clubs can bring great players from relegated squad then they will be benifited. Example Manchester United can improve its attaking bringing toni in place of van Nesterio. Chelsea can import top players to challange Real Madrid in its squad and so on which results the top competitve leaue in world

well none have officially come to the premiere league yet, and emerson and cannavaro are already off the market (real madrid). if any of them come it will def improve the quality of football but I expect most of them to flock to inter milan, and the spanish primera.
besides the juve players expected to come, talented players from other leagues (shev and ballack especially) have already signed to come. since the premiership did not lose any excellent players I think the games will be more exciting then last year.

I think a lot of the "top" players in Juve coming to EPL will flop.
They will not be as good as everyone expects them to be. After all, they are signing players who Won beacuse of cheating.

It's gonna be da bomb.
The biggest names are gonna be seen week in week out.
Chelsea faces competition but I bet it won't be enough with the likes of the players and the manager they've got.
