what are some good sites to purchase items wholesale for reselling on ebay?

Do like my friend does....He goes to garage sells everywhere and finds antiques, furniture, etc. and resells them on Ebay for a nice profit. Although, this is not his "Day job", it is a nice hobby for some extra profit.

you won't be able to purchase something wholesale except you've a wholesale license and are growing to be it straight away from the producer or distributer - or you're merely paying for retail and promoting at a more desirable fee.
