I'm not familiar with the F-Secure toolbar and not sure if this will work in Opera. But as far as choosing the best browser - Opera is superior :)
I use it at work, home and on my mobile phone and these are the main reasons:
- speed (extremely quick and stable)
- light (small program)
- free (no skin off your nose)
- mouse gestures (can't live without this)
- skins (make it look pretty)
- pop-up blocker
- form auto-completion
- passes acid2 test
- works on a number of platforms
- 25 languages
- the best out of the box browser!
(other goodies: RSS reader, Bit Torrent client, Email Suite, Magic Wand can remember passwords, Widgets)

I have looked at Firefox but I think it has a lot in common with Explorer.
I have not used Opera for a couple of years now but when I was using it, I found it to be very reliable and thought it was a good browser.
In case you are wondering, I have an Apple-Mac and use Safari. That is an excellent browser but it does not work with PC's.

Well, good luck getting that to work with Opera, but really, i would say go with Opera. I have been using Opera for a while now, and I LOVE it. It is probly the best browser For ME.
e.g.
Go ahead and try all the major browsers (Opera 9, FireFox 1.5.4, Netscape 8.1.... ect) Just use them and see which one is best for you. Opera is the best for me because of the features provided with it, i dont have to go digging through thousands of addon things to find the one i need. Most of the things i need are in Opera.
Really, the best browser is the one that does what you need it to do best for you (hope that made sence)
Best of Luck
Jon

Firefox is probably your best bet. Opera has a lot more features, but Firefox has a cleaner web browser, less random icons. From what I hear, Firefox is easier to use as well.
