I have and of course you feel good about it. It always feels good to give back to your community and help others when you can. :)

Yes, and I only feel good when I enjoy helping that person out because he/she is in need, not because I want to show off what a good person I am. People usually get confused with the concept.

I don,t know if this qualifies, but I always hold the door to establishments open for moms with baby strollers, or delivery people with lots of packages in there arms, & they always seem gratefull for the gesture. Yes I do feel good, as I would be gratefull for the same in return.

Yeah, I didn't do anything grand or monumental, but it felt good nevertheless. It was pouring rain outside and I saw an older man running through the rain and trying to shield himself with a flimsy piece of newspaper. I had a pretty big umbrella, so I asked him where he was going and walked a couple blocks with him until he got to his destination.

actually i have helped many many strangers, i feel like i helped someone just like me. a person. we all need help no matter who we are.
