To Hippie Hunter: I mean, pro-military, anti-government. Relax. Go kill someone and calm down, ok.:)

Hippie Hunter raises another question. Why are soldiers sent to distant lands to protect freedoms here? Shouldn't we protect our freedoms by starting in our own country and leaving other countries alone?

The one some die-hard hippie is still trying to mummble through his shattered jaw and teeth after you crack him in the face with a louisville slugger and then remind him that the only reason his worthless , stinking , cowardly , soul can sing the song is because american soliders went to a distant land and gave life and limb defending the very freedom he protests against

Where Have All The Flowers Gone was good
So was Eve Of Destruction but the singer became a Jesus freak and so now he loves war.
The Times They Are A Changin' by Bob Dylan is super...come fathers and mothers throughout the land and don't criticize what you can't understand, your old world is rapidly changing, your sons and your daughters are beyond your command...yeah, great song

The Times They Are A-Changin' Bob Dylan
Come gather 'round people
Wherever you roam
And admit that the waters
Around you have grown
And accept it that soon
You'll be drenched to the bone.
If your time to you
Is worth savin'
Then you better start swimmin'
Or you'll sink like a stone
For the times they are a-changin'.

War Bob Marley
Until the philosophy which holds one race
Superior and another inferior
Is finally and permanently discredited and abandoned
Everywhere is war, me say war

Phil Ochs was among the greatest protest singers. His song I Ain't Marchin' Anymore is a real classic. Really, though, I don't think it's possible to classify any one protest song as "best."

...She just had an abortion

...Die little baby screaming ******* bloody mess
Its not an animal its an abortion

...Mummy I'm not an abortion

Throbbing squirm, gurgling bloody mess
I'm not an discharge, I'm not a loss in

the best one is like some one already said SILENCE. Silence is golden besides we don't want to hear about protests or protesters anymore. If you want 15 min. of fame do something good and noteworthy, instead of wasting your time.
