so do they think its bad you didnt go to a local /state school? do they still give jobs? who is done it in the process?

As long as the college is nationally acredited and has built a good reputation it is just as viable as a brick and morter school.

This question has already been posed here several times. You may want to search for answers there.

Employers will not take an on-line college degree very seriously. Many would not even interview someone with an on-line degree.

As for your other question -- they won't mind if you don't go to a local or state college -- since most of the best universities are private and probably not in your home town.
