Apple is a ripoff. They were sued by Creative Media Labs, Inc. because the iPod series uses a technology patented by Creative for their Zen series of MP3 players. A patent is like a copyright, but for an invention. Get a Creative MP3 player. They're a lot better.

A 5G iPod Video is the best. I will give you a whole bunch of reasons why it is worth it (I have one by the way.) First, it can hold 7500 songs. You don't see many MP3 Players that can do that do you? Also, the video capabilities option is wonderful. I have at least 100 videos on mine, a bunch of south park episodes, the simpsons, family guy, and 10 movies on top of that, and still room for 750 songs and over 400 photos, with 5GB to spare for whatever I want. And the iPod is one of the very few Mp3 players that can be hacked. I mean the real deal, playing Doom, Half-Life, Quake, and more games on it, writing text documents on it, painting pictures on it, and a whooole lot more. Look into iPod Linux, Rockbox, and iPod Wizard (for more info on this, go to http://iPodForum.co.nr .) And I could go on an on all day about why you should get the iPod Video. One other reason: once you have it in your hand the first time, you will never put it down. It's got a great look and I take mine everywhere. To school, on the bus, to the mall, my friends' houses, I even listen to it when I'm falling asleep. I'm addicted to it. I love it. If you get one then you will definately know what I am talking about. By the way, I was just talking about the 30GB iPod. If you get the 60GB iPod, then you can double everything I said which would be even better (the 60GB iPod is $400 and the 30GB is $300.) Good luck with your decision.

It's OK, but the
iRiver Clix. The best flash player, BY FAR.

It stores 2GB (about 500 songs), views photos, plays video, has an FM tuner, FM + voice recording, and the battery lasts 19/20 hours before you have to charge it. You can download games onto the Clix, too.

It's got a cool design. You press the edge of the screen to navigate.

It's $200, the same price as the matching-in-capacity Nano. The Clix won CNET's Editor's Choice award.

my dad has the nano, and he likes it. I would be afraid of snapping it, cuz it is so small... I also like ipod video, but i have iriver mp3 players, cuz it has radio, you can record radio and use it as mp3, and you can also record voice. Look at iriver, and iaudio websites (www.iriver.com or www.iaudio.com) and chack out their mp3s first, and stuff.

no, it breaks really easily, if you get it then get the hard case for && keep it on ALL the time. A few of my friends have it && one of them just placed it down && it got scratched just from picking it up off of the table. If you drop it 4 inches from the ground it has a possability from cracking in half.

it's pretty sadd. just spend the extra 100 dollars to get the regular onee. it's totally worth itt.
