Here is the situation. Period in June was on the 13th. On birth control pills however sometimes forget nights, and double up the next day. No condoms during sex too. Cycle is usually every 27-28 days, am usually a few days early each month. In July I had mild cramping on July 10, usually an indication that I am going to get it within a few hours. Horrible headaches and eruption of acne. Started to spot on July 12 (Day 29) regular period usually last a good 4 days. This time is started out light and then got a bit heavier for a day and it was done by July 14. Still very headachey and somewhat nauseated. No sore breasts or anything like that but just a tired, weird feeling. Could I have had implantation bleeding? I took a preg test which tested negative.

It could be just a missed cycle. Sometimes that happens. But since you are having unprotected sex, pregnancy is always possible. No birth control, short of abstinence is 100%. It's always possible you could be pregnant. I would call your doctor and be seen. It could be something else. Call you doctor!!

I'm not sure either, but I know one thing...you are to NEVER double up on the Pill just because you missed a night. When u miss a day, take only ONE as soon as possible, then you have to wait atleast 48 hours before having sex without a condom. otherwise, use a condom because you could get pregnant with out one. Then go back to your regular sceduale with the Pill. Also when did youtake the pregnancy test? Most pregnancy test ask you to take it 5-4 days before your shceduled period. Be safe and take another testa couple of days before you think your gonna haver your period. SOme people test negative the first time they test, then test positive the next. If this didn't help the situation, go get a check up by a doctor.

How many times are you going to ask the same question? Go see a doctor that is too simple to do, because apparently you are not going to get a straight answer unless you get off the computer, get in your car and drive yourself to the hospital or a doctor.

you messed your cycle up by doubling up your pills. did you not listen when the doctor explained to you how they work and how to take them. start your next pack of pills if you havent already. if you misss one take it as soon as you remember. then take the next pill 24 hours later. NEVER EVER TAKE 2 PILLS AT ONCE THATS AN OVERDOSE AND WAY TOO MUCH HORMONE FOR YOU AT ONE TIME DO THEY TEACH KIDS ANYTHING THESE DAYS

implantation bleeding is only a slight bleed and you don't even necessarily have that . . if you don't have your cycle in another week, retest . . . if still negative and no period, see doctor for bloodwork
