there is no fuse in a computer, and second e-machines are great.

First, e-machines are just crap. Period. Second, there is no such thing as a computer "fuse". The only thing close to a computer "fuse" is the fuse built in to the power supply so that if the power supply blows, it doesn't fry the motherboard or other components.
If you've blown your power supply, you can't replace the fuse. It's typically a wire, which literally burns away. Gone... toast. Buy a new power supply, preferably Antek, or throw your e-machine away and get something decent.

There is a fuse in the power supply, requires disassembly and is not recommended because it is dangerous even when not plugged in, and the fact that usually when that fuse pops it takes the motherboard with it. If you think a fuse is blown, replace the whole powersupply and see if it makes a difference.
