Hun, looking sweaty doesn't mean you are ugly. Your outward appearance is only your outside shell; it's what is inside that counts!!

But back on topic: if you feel self conscious because of the sweat, here are some tips (hope they help!)

1. Make sure you get your daily shower, comb your hair, and use a good anti-perspirant/deoderant (try different kinds if one doesn't work for you.) A light shake of a body/baby powder in your most sweaty places might help you feel drier.

2. Find a hairstyle that doesn't look matted down when you are sweaty. I've found that the shorter the cut, the less sweat is a problem. (Longer hair soaks up and shows the moisture.

3. They have some _awesome_ sport clothing out there that is designed to wick (pull) the moisture away from your body. If you have a serious sweating problem, you might consider doing some research and investing in some good moisture-wicking shirts.

4. If the smell is a problem, it could be caused by bacteria on your skin. Try using an anti-bacterial bar/body soap.

5. There is a rumor that taking zinc vitamins can lower the amount of smell that you make. You might consider taking a zinc vitamin. (Word of caution: some people find that zinc tablets give them a slight tummy ache, so take it when you have time to lay down and relax.)

6. If you really have a serious sweating issue, your doctor (or another doctor if yours isn't helpful) could give you some ideas to help stay dry. They are real medical conditions that cause people to sweat and be a little stinky. They can be treated!

Don't feel bad just because you're sweaty...again, it's what's inside that counts!!

Try certain dri it works great, just make sure you follow the instruction on the package.... you will no longer sweat as far as underarms... (you can buy it at any walmart store)

If you are talking about all over excessive sweating, then if showering everyday does not work, you might have a more complicated issue, thyroid..... try consulting with a doctor...

There are a lot of places that would give great fashion advise, if that's a concern for you, try shopping @ nordstrom rack they have great stuff @ a discount.

Also, a lot of people are more concerned about personalities rather than looks.

Wear a headband so the sweat doesn't fall down your face.
Use an anti-perspirant.
Cut your hair if it is even a bit long. You will look better and be cooler.
Wear a caduceus pin. Women will know you are in the medical field and you will look better in their eyes.
Wear loose fitting clothing. You will sweat less and look thinner.
Pump some iron. Women love muscles.
