I know that some of them can. There was this big publicity thing about the worlds biggest sudoku puzzle and there was a contest to solve it but there ended up being 115 answers.

NO...each puzzle has one unique solution. After solving some puzzles, I have tried switching some numbers around to see if there could be more than one way, but I ended up changing the whole puzzle including the given numbers.
