In most Hollywood films, we see couples getting up in the morning and kissing each other promptly. Are such scenes intended to prove that love conquers all - even bad breath? Or, is there some formula that keeps the mouth fresh even after a good nights sleep?

well, I brush my teeth before I go to bed. And sometimes my breath is not as bad as it sometimes can be. LOL good one though. I always think about that when I see a couple kissing in a movie right after waking up. I always tend to make a face when I see it.

Actually, if you have healthy teeth and you flossed and brushed the night before and used listerine then the breath shouldn't be gross in the morning. Also, maybe the scene started after they got back under the covers from a bathroom trip and a shot of listerine :) I've been known to do that just to be sure.

Ha ha I see what you mean, not only do they not get morning breath but they often sleep with their hair done and a ton of makeup on which doesn't get messed up during the night!
All I can say is what we always say in my house when it comes to these situations... "Swordsmen can fly, just accept it and see how much easier life becomes." You know what I mean!

undesirable breath isn't only brought about out of your mouth. i'd be popping out of your abdomen, what have you ever been eating?( french fries and hamburgs?) Do you've any cavities? How are your sinuses? Do you've sinus an infection ? verify a majority of those out or perhaps if it is not any of them nicely good success!!!

If you had bad breath it would destroy the fantasy, the imagination. The world that they have so carefully created would be in tatters. Besides, if you really love someone you'll kiss them in the morning anyway.

yes they have the same problems everyone else does in movies or tv they are up brush teeth mouthwash before the scence

that's just the movies/tv for you. just like you also see people wake up and their hair's all perfect and they have make up on?
