get rid of both of them... if you cannot trust your best friend or your boyfriend (two people you should be able to trust) then they are not worth keeping in your life.

Sounds like they are both scumbags. The first thing you do is drop the boyfriend and never take him back!!! (In fact I would pay a lot of attention to one of his friends... It will destroy him.)
Your friend is obviously a bad one. But at least now you know. She'll get hers in the end.
The best thing you can do is suck up the pain and hang out with some of your other friends. Do things that maybe you hav'nt in a while. Get yourself back to whole without either one of them as central figures in your life.
Don't let'em see that your hurting.

I'd dump the boyfriend. This has happened to me with one of my best friends when we were in High School. And I dumped him. I was upset that my friend slept with him and didn't talk to her for a few days but you've heard the sayin"chicks before *****" so I forgave her and she never did it again or I woulda ended the friendship

You said it-- someone you called-- obviously they are not your best friend. Find someone who has more respect for your feelings, and that includes your boyfriend/girlfriend.

Leave my boyfriends, and don't speak to my best friend anymore. but before ending the friendship with them, i tell them, that i know what they are doing, and see their face expression. boviously the won't say they did so.

he would not be my boyfriend and i would not call her best friend. what kinda of excuses could they have. be smart get on in life it may hurt now but time heals that

not to be graphic or anything but i would beat the living **** out of her, no turning back. she knows damn well that is your man and if she was your best friend she wouldnt of went down that low to stela him from you, thats shady and she isnt a bestfriend

if your best friend knew that he/she is sleeping with your boy/girl friend that means he/she is not your true friend. and if your boy/girl friend slept with your best friend that means he/she has no committment towards you. can you give the gaurantee that he/she will not repeat it(once u get married there will be no looking back). so stop it right there.
