Start with some intensive psychological counselling. Your lobster may have some serious self-esteem issues that need to be addressed. Diet pills usually only help temporarily, and the yo-yo cycle only adds to the frustration. Most important, talk to your lobster. Being hefty and misunderstood is an awful burden to bear.

Lucky! I want a lobster, but my mother won't let me have one. If you have a food bowl that Loblolly eats out all day, either put less food in it or feed her meals. By the way, boy or girl? You used he and she in your question. Anyway, if you feed it(?) seperate meals, feed it less. It is also possible that it isn't really over weight. Lobsters can get quite big. Good luck!

:)

Well i think pet lobsters are cool, so don't eat her but have you tried feeding it less?Is its body growing as it gets fatter or just its stomach?I know fish will have infertile eggs and get realy fat when they're happy, not sure if lobsters do to.

wish I could eat her...but I'm allergic. Why did you use he and she to describe her? Are you serious? IS she smooshing out of her shell, like trying to put toothpaste back in the tube? What's the normal weight for a lobster? Why didn't you name her pinchy?

If you are really serious, then just feed it a lower fat food and chase it around with a stick to make it move, or put in really fast fish for it to catch.
