these shoes look similar to "moccasins". I saw a child with a pair on and the mom said she got them in Canada. I hope to find the web site

Babies are really better off not wearing shoes. They learn to walk easier and get a better sense of balance . Their feet are allowed to develop more naturally as well , however for walking outside try StrideRite which can usually be found at Payless Shoe Source stores and websites.

I agree with the Stride Rite suggestion. I worked for Stride Rite for a few years and the shoes are wonderful! They have different types for different ages and walking abilities. Great quality - plenty of repeat customers who brought all of their children in.

I know exactly what you are talking about...i am from canada, and MOMs love them...but i cant remember what they are called.......but they are little leather booties. hmmmm..if your in the states, you guys have so much more cool stuff than us...go to payless....i usually buy my kids shoes there, they are made for little feet!!!
