Vegas is pretty pricey, if location does not matter check out Laughlin, NV 90 min south of Vegas. There are some DRY lots there (AVI Hotel and Casino)(Riverside Hotel and Casino).

Some of the larger local casinos offer RV parking. Or the popular traveling tourist RV parking is in the local Walmart

Sams Town has best RV lot. Seasonal stays vs permanent 1s but a place to start.

Vegas is not super cheap. It's cheaper than NYC and LA, but much more expensive than like North Carolina or places like that.
