16, but you need a special motorcycle endorsement on your driver's license, so I suggest taking safety and riding classes to get your endorsement.

It depends on the State you are if you want to get licensed to ride on the streets but 16 to 18 is the average age. If you are asking how old you should let a person get or ride a motorcycle then it is the age when he/she can responsibly sit on hold up and operate the bike without injuring him/herself or any one else.
