Since Jimi Hendrix got his talent from God, I would say that God is better, even though I have never heard God play.

HELLO!!!!!!!!! JIMI IS GOD, it's a trick question.
Athough if you really mean "God up in heaven, God" then I would have to put my money on God, he would kick Jimi's butt. He could pull out some kick a** solos and play it with his teeth while it was burning, and while riding a unicycle, God would definitely put on a show.
