Hmmm. Wondering if you mean transcripts or summaries. I go to many many places for Buffy things, and the best script site I have found is at buffyworld.com (will provide link in sources). They also have all of the summaries there as well.
Also, there are some transcript books. You can buy season 1, 2, the first half of season 3, and one for the musical episode, Once More With Feeling.
As I said though, BuffyWorld.com is the best I have come across, and I have seen a lot.
