Interstate highways have mile markers … and business will advertise, get off at “Exit 232” for food & gas … So is there an Exit “Zero” where I can get a cup of Joe or Gas … like at the begging or end of a state where the interstate starts or finishes anywhere???

Yes, I've seen exit zeros. They tend to occur where the numbering starts over, like when crossing a state line or when an Interstate changes names/numbers. In a couple places, I think they put in a new exit at a place that came before an existing exit one, so they were forced to use zero.

Unfortunately, I can't remember exactly where I've seen them, but I do know that there is at least one somewhere on an Interstate in Indiana as you head south to Kentucky.
