Next time you see the baloons on the floor, pick it up, and break it over his bed. Make sure it get under the sheets and everything. I think he'll get the picture.

Hi you two, you failed to specify whether you are a male and a female or otherwise so I can just suppose the balloons are left idle for some reason!!!!!
Revenge??????
1. If you two are female: a clean towel sprinkle with loads of perfumed talc is a good solution for some fun...
2. If you two are male: I would hide all your underwear never to be found......
3. If you are male and female - I would opt for something weird like a banana skin in his/her pillow.....
4. I would opt for something more intuitive and wise like a nice 'read between the lines' message in this/her diary or notebook.

Take black tape and tape around the faucet on the sink, the thing that sprays water (not the actually facut) then face it pointing where hed most likely stand, so that when he turns on the water it sprays him in the face.. thats what idid to my roomate!

go to the store and in the kids toys deparment they have something called slimmed is green and very nasty felling.. well get his pair of sneakers and put a whole bunch of it and when he stick his feet in even with the sock its going to feel like really bad..

Tape two Snap n' Pops under the toilet lid...when he/she sits down they will pop....and it will be a good thing that he/she is already on the toilet!!
