ewwwwwwwww what a concept. Actually, no it's not. The mechanics are that when you have an erection, it's really hard to pee, that valve is temporarily closed. Ever try to pee with morning wood? it's not easy. there is a reason for that. So you don't gross out your girlfriend.

It is possible i believe. But, when a man uninates while erected his urine shoots in different directions! During orgasums neither can. We'll anyway i wouldn't worry about, it usually doesn't happen even when you need to pee really bad.

Physiologically, the urinating system is closed off when you have an erection. However, if it's not really good wood, AND if you have prostate enlargement that has led to overflow incontinence, you could lose spurts of urine with the physical effort of intercourse.
