Not menopause yet, but it is the start of your hormones levels dropping. If you know you're not pregnant, be happy. Add it up and that's taking away 2 whole periods a year if your cycles start extending out another week or so. Just make sure you get your annual exam and that you mention it to the doctor then. You'll get the reassurance that all's well and know that life is getting easier on your body.

It is a fear that many women your age have, the menopause does not just happen overnight, it is a slow process of your body changing.
you could be late for so many reasons, you might be stressed, or tired or may have been sick recently on anti biotics your body might just be a bit slow this month.
if you have any other symptoms then you may need to look into it further but do not worry, the more you worry the later your period will probably be.
good luck and try not to worry.

probably a state called peri-menopause, where the menopause hasn't fully started, but your hormone levels are going in that direction. Best idea is to check with your doctor.

It could be. You start to have irregular periods at the beginning. Sometimes your ovaries will kick in even after a year and get a period. The best way is to do a hormone level at your doctors office.
