Yes, it should still work so long as the magnetic strip is not too worn, which happens over time anyway, but there shouldn't be anything magnetic in your washer or dryer to corrupt your card.

It should, it takes a lot to demagnetize those things. If it doesn't work, I'm sure the company will issue a new one.
