40 weeks back from from the due date should be date of conception.
however, the doctor would have worked out the due date as being 40 weeks from the first day of your son's girlfriend's last menstrual period. this could give a due date being two weeks either side.
i take it you're trying to figure out if the baby's actually your son's? there is absolutely no way to determine this from any source other than dna testing. you should know yourself that babies choose when they want to be born...and this can routinely be from 7 months onwards!
dna testing would probably be the easiest way to resolve this, but since your son's not married to the mother i don't think you can do this without her consent. you could check up on this.
i'd tread warily in this as it's very possible that you could alienate both your son and his girlfriend with your suspicions.
i guess you really have to take the lead from your son...and see what he chooses to do. whatever happens try to stay supportive and out of any arguments.
don't forget...the baby doesn't have a clue what's going on out here in this big bad world...and whatever happens s/he deserves a family that's going to love him unconditionally :o)

about may 18
I am due 1-30-06 and conceived may 6
keep in mind a due date is not accurate and women can give birth between 38-42 weeks, so if this is a close call (within a month) weather or not it is your son's child just go have a dna test done (which he should be doing if he isn't married anyway)

A paternity test is the only sure thing. Even though we speak of 9 months, the gestation period for humans is actually 40 weeks. MDs can often underestimate how long women have been pregnant. Recent reports suggest that this may contribute to the prevalence of premature births as MDs are inducing labor early, unnecessarily.
So, to recap. A due date is no guarantee. There's no way to pinpoint the time of conception. A paternity test is the only sure thing.

I'm assuming you meant 2-12-2007. Most likely it was conceived in May.

Do you mean 2007?? My due date is 2.5.2007 and I conceived in the middle of May, although my last period was May 1st (which starts my pregnancy offically). I'm currently 11 weeks and two days pregnant.

Sometime in early may or late April. But if it was due in 06 then it is already 5 months old?!? And you need to persuade him into getting a paternity test to make sure it is his.
