A friend of mine is Going to Africa and trying to Concieve?

She has to get a shot to protect her from geting Maleria and wants to know if it will be harmful to her or the fetus if she concieves while she is there?

She should be fine. I hope she's conceiving with someone she knows, because AIDS is rampant in Africa.
