that question was about my cousin who is 17 and i was 17 when i did it and now i am 20 but she is going out with a 20 year old and they haven't been going out that long ...only 3 months soo should i talk to her about it or should i just let her make the decision on her own???

She should be the one to decide when and if she wants to have sex, but she should know about birth control and protection.

I think she is old enough to make that decision for herself. I met my now husband when I was 17 and he was 22 and things worked out great. Just don't let her draw a certain attatchment just because she had sex with this man. Even though it would be her first time just tell her to make sure he is the one.
