I don't know how it is down there in Alabama, but If you can find a good real estate agent that knows investing, you might be able to get the rent to own deal going. That's what I could do for you if you where in Detroit.

i'd recommend dealing with an apt complicated that provides an equivalent housing chance. typically they'll seem in any respect concerns surrounding your favor, plus in case you bypass in and communicate with the resident supervisor, typically they are able to looking a way that can help you you. once you've had your credit checked too many situations, that can make your credit seem undesirable to boot. also, seem into possibly renting from someone over a realtor, or a complicated. many times if someone is renting their own, own, sources, they received't run a credit verify, plus again you could tell them your situation. in case you nonetheless do not have any success, then i'd bypass on your counties housing authority and prepare there. also....FYI, in case you're on the present employ the position you reside, your boyfriend can not legally kick you out. do no longer bypass out in case you're on the employ, in case you're both on the employ, then bypass on your apt mgr, and discover out f you could bypass into your own apt and be bumped off out of your modern employ, or move your employ to someone instead of joint. good success!

I recommend moving back with your parents. It might not be as cool as living with a boyfriend or friends, but you'll save alot of money and greatly improve you financial situation. If you decide to go back home, do housework for your parents when you get a chance...this way they might not ask for "room and board." The quicker you save, and the more you save the better things will be.
Good luck!

Look for a house or mobile home rented out by the owner, they may not check credit. Get a letter of reference from your current landlord stating you paid on time (unless you didn't) Or look for a room mate.

hit the streets, there are plenty of people out there that would give you money for... whatever. You know, if you can't take care of yourself for five years, let others do it for you. You might want to look into getting a pimp. Check craigslist for pimps.
