It's because their wrestling isn't really that good so they have to find other ways to try to entertain the people.

the diva search brings in ratings which equals money and domination. also in technical media terms by adding the game show genre into the genres of sport and sport opera which make up WWE more people will tune in. And oh yeah it gives one lucky girl the chance to become a WWE diva and win $250,000. Vince just wants barbies or bimbos but they were lucky to get Christy and Ashley who wanted to wrestle. Layla and Milena want to wrestle but i like Jen too.

Because Vince is stupid. Look what happened to christy hemme...TNA. Look at ashley...injured and now just coming back. Its dumb. And most of these sluts don't know diddley-**** about wrestling. Its bull and if I was head of WWE, i'd be more focused on actual wrestlers and would fire those that can wrestle, ala john "weena"

That's what I'm saying. They use it to boost ratings, to get people to watch who are not even wrestling fans. Remember, Vince has always said that he is in the "entertainment" business.

it brings in ratings. they can't spend the whole time wresting or it wouldn't be world wrestling entertainment it would be world wrestling sports.
