im turning 15 and im getting my permit i wanted to know could i ride a motorcycle with a regular permit in texas or would i have to take another course and how much would all that cost

in my state you only need endorsement on your license, not a seperate one. Take the MSF course, then go to the dmv and take the knowledge test. I highly recommend the MSF.

You need a seperate permit and license to ride a motorcycle. Contact Motor Vehicle and they can give you all the details. Be careful - motorcycles are dangerous!

Call up the DMV & ask about it. I don't know about in TX but in the state I live in you have to have a separate permit/license for a motorcycle...or anything else that is not a regular car/truck/suv.

Go to your local DMV. You can go online for that or you can call them so you can ask your loads of questions. I know you have to read the drivers manual for motorcycle and take a wriiten and skills test. All you inquiries would be answered at your local DMV.
