sometimes yes! look at our congress and senate! i believe in what you are saying, their are many people who talk non stop, all day long .they can be be a real irritation. I've learned not to try to, how do i say it, talk over them or educate them , if they are wrong because, sometimes they take it personal , then it is all about pay back! a lack of self esteem is usually the case ,and sometimes it is just not being educated, and no one is completely immune from it,some people have to think they are right all of the time, some times i get on a tangent about a equation or work, when i am talking to my wife , then she gives me that look! right! somebody once said Opinions are like ###holes everyone has one!so, in reflection, we must understand that human nature is very complex , and try to be open-minded and forgiving, were all a part of this small world, clenching that jaw will just give us a headache or worn teeth.I think most people are basically good, their needs are for shelter and warmth and food and Hope and love and a vision and peace . and inner happiness.

It depends... some people have great ideas but lack the motivation or resources to put them into action. Some people believe they have to keep talking in order to feel good about themselves because they know they are incapable of doing anything worthwhile. In addition, someone who commits a selfless and loving act without having to brag that they did it are rewarded greater in the end.
