What FORMAT are the videos you cannot view? Not sure what you know or don't know about computers, so look at the NAME of the file, and tell me the EXTENSION.

Example: let's say I'm looking at a Windows Media file called "Airplane"...the filename would appear as "Airplane.wmv"...the .wmv is the file extension, which denotes the FORMAT the file is saved as (i.e., wmv = Windows Media Video).

Are you having issues with ALL video files, or just a specific format? You can email me, and I'll try to help.

Does it work on anyones else PC. If not tried may be the video is corrupted. Try this alternative player.
