Nothing wrong with writing your own.

Not honest to copy some one else's work and claim it to be your own. Remember your teacher said to MAKE a poem, not copy one.

Here is something I wrote in 5 minutes. You can do better.

How doth the little atom glows
With alpha particles it throws
at you if you should stand too close
and gamma rays, a nasty dose,
if you should wear a red, red rose.

Probably best to be a bit silly.

Roses are red
Violets are blue
Atoms are small
And the mark I'm going to get for this poem is going to be small too!

A chemist he is no more.
For what he thought was H2O
was H2SO4!
