if you have another job waiting for you don't feel bad, feel good. employers always throw a guilt trip at good employees who leave them in the dust.

it may be guilt, rather than regret, that you're feeling. I always feel icky after leaving a job...because they've depended on you and you may be hurting the team for awhile by leaving. It may just be your sense of loyalty talking. I may be way off, but just a thought.

Well measure the pros and cons. You put in your two weeks notice for a reason and stick to that reason, of course you will feel bad about doing it.

Do the reasons for my initially wanting to leave still exist?
Maybe you are just stressed about going out there and getting something new, learning new skills, meeting new people. We all do it. It will be OK.

If you like the job, why quit? If the job you are going to get is better, then go for it! You can always go back if you decide your new job isn't for you. ask yourself what YOU want!
