You will never get a false positive hpt. Prenatals won't make a test show positive. There are no hormones in vitamins, only vitamins. The hormone is released by the fetus, or corpus letium at first. That is what shows up, not the vitamins. If you tested positive, then Congrats!! I would suggest calling your doctor now and letting them know.
