The pictured fish (cottidae) have a similar classification as the ones which are called "cottus" (slimy sculpin : scorpaeniformes family). Listed is a link for the purchase of the mottled variety (cottus bairdi). I'm uncertain if an actual live specimen of the pictured cottidae can be purchased. Hope the link helps, though.
