What field of science deals with studying invention?

Probably something like Technoethnocology.

There are two fields related to this that I'm aware of. The first is the branch of psychology that deals with creativity and why people invent. There is probably a related field of study in Sociology. The other is a branch of history that focuses on technology and innovation.

Of course, if you're looking for a field of study that will make you a good inventor - try engineering. Engineering focuses on applying scientific principals and discoveries to invention and improvement of technology.

all do. inventions are the result of ideas business people market them, but there is no 1 branch that studies them. engineers can make them work better though

that's actually in human's hand to make it a boon via utilizing it actually for the welfare n progression of human sort or to make it curse via utilizing it for unfavorable objective!!
