Ok so I am about 5'2 1/2" or so and I weight...oh about 120 pounds. I've gained about 15 pounds in the last few months, but I can still fit into a size zero. I feel like I'm overweight, but if I can still wear that small of a size, I don't think that makes sense. Any ideas?

You're not overweight. You're right around ideal for someone of your height. So don't sweat what the scale is telling you. If you don't like the way you look, you can tone up by doing more cardio and/or doing circuit training with light weights. Just bear in mind that weight training can make you gain muscle weight, but that is NOT a bad thing as long as you're happy with the way you look.

oh you aren't overweight! don't let the media fool you into thinking you have to weigh 90 pounds your whole life and be a walking talking barbie. a size 0 is just fine, don't worry about it. don't let those kinds of thoughts get inside you. love yourself for you!

Have you been exercising and building muscle mass? when you work out and your muscles become tighter, they weigh more, but body fat decreases. even though you are still able to fit into your clothes, you may just have well distributed weight. If not, maybe you should see you MD.
