I'm 17 and 5'08. I weigh 87 lbs. and not trying to lose any. My period comes 8 times a year. My bra size is 32AA. Is it possible for me to get taller?

My height is 5'08, no typo. And I am trying to gain weight like, forever. I eat what I want and I do not have an eating disorder. Is this genetic? everyone in my family is thin; and I'm asian. Does that make me being skinny okay?

You need to gain some weight. The female hormones are stored in body fat, which you do not have enough of. That is why your period only comes 8 times a year. You really need some body fat.

You are much too thin! You need to gain weight. Your period is reflecting this. See your doctor and a nutritionist to talk about a good diet.

you need to gain some weight, the fact that your period isn't regular means your body doesn't have the nutrients necessary. my aunt is 5'8'' and she's fine. don't worry about your appearance anymore, you need to gain some weight. don't let the media suck you in! healthy is better than being "attractive" or "perfect" okay??
