Did the band Leftover crack used to be the band choking victim?

I'm just wondering because choking victim only has 2 or 3 albums that's in about 1999.Just want to know. They sound a bit alike with the voices and everything. Their both Athiest's. Thanks for your answers.

They're a mix of Choking Victim and two other bands, Morning Glory and INDK.
